Outline of Research at the Start

初年度は熊本大学にて、-80℃で保管されている西アフリカ・ガンビアの慢性HBV 感染者の血清450 検体、及び、熊本大学消化器内科の慢性HBV 感染者から得られた血清や全血を用いて、血清検体および全血での高感度HBcrAg 簡易迅速検査の臨床的妥当性(感度・特異度)の評価を行う。
2-3 年度は、初年度に行った臨床性能評価、及び、その結果をもって改良した高感度HBcrAg 簡易迅速検査を、実際にアフリカ・ブルキナファソの現場に送り、高感度HBcrAg簡易迅速検査の臨床的妥当性を前向きに評価する。
