Outline of Research at the Start

E. albertiiで見出した分散付着という新規の特徴を担う責任因子およびその特性を明らかにするため、全ゲノム配列情報に基づいて責任遺伝子を同定した後、分散付着因子の形態および腸管付着への関与について解析を行う。また、本遺伝子の水平伝播機構の解明と本遺伝子保有菌の分子疫学解析により、分散付着因子保有の意義も評価する。
