Outline of Research at the Start

ベトナムのダイオキシン高度汚染地域である旧ダナン米軍基地周辺地域で立ち上げられ、思春期に達した小児コホートを対象として、簡易型NIRSを用いて課題遂行中の前頭前野の脳機能の賦活化状態と周産期ダイオキシン曝露の定量指標である母乳中ダイオキシン濃度との関連性を検討する。
さらに、発達障害の中でも自閉症とADHDでは、脳機能の賦活化状態の変化が異なることが臨床研究より明らかにされており、本研究においても簡易型NIRSの測定と３歳および５歳行った自閉症スケール（ASRS）や８歳で行ったADHDスケール（ADHD-RS）のスコアとの関連性についても検討する。
