Outline of Research at the Start	低・中所得国における妊産婦・新生児の死亡率を減少させるには、出産時のケアだけではなく、妊娠から産後に至るまで継続的にケアを受けること、しかも質の高いケアを受けることが重要である。本研究では①ケアの利用に注目した継続ケア、②ケアの利用と質に注目した継続ケアの指標を開発し、国レベルの継続ケア達成率と母子の死亡率との関連性をもとに、継続ケアの達成率の増加により死亡率をどの程度まで下げることができるかを推定する。さらに、継続ケア達成に関する妊産婦の社会的決定要因と要因ごとの格差の分析を行う。
