Outline of Research at the Start

スマートフォン（以下，スマホ）ひとつで各種の予約や切符の手配，買物，行政サービスまで利用可能となった．その一方でシニア層を中心にIT化の恩恵を享受できない「デジタル弱者」が顕在化している．この対策として，多くの自治体ではスマホやPC教室を開催している．しかし単に機器の操作方法を説明しても，利用目的となる通信相手やアクセス先が未開拓のままでは，日常的な活用に至り難いのが現実である．利用定着に向けては，実際にアクセススして利便性や楽しさを体験し，実生活で体感するプロセスが不可欠と考える．本研究では，そのしたプロセスを包含したるスマホ習得プログラムの開発を目指す．
