Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では，日本人を対象とした２年間（３ウェイブ）の縦断研究（労働者パネル調査）によって，①職場における心理社会的安全風土（psychosocial safety climate：以下，PSC）が労働者の長期疾病休業に及ぼす影響を明らかにする。同時に，②この影響は受診抑制によって説明される（媒介している）ことも明らかにする。また，補足的検討として，PSCが規定する組織レベルから作業レベルに至る種々の職場の心理社会的要因の媒介効果も検討する。
