Outline of Research at the Start	法医剖検例において致死的低体温症（凍死）と診断された症例では、腎組織からミオグロビンが検出される傾向があるほか、諸臓器では水分量の低下を示唆する組織学的所見がみられることから、低体温症における筋組織に関連する因子および体液量を調節する因子は他疾患と比較して特徴的な変動を来たしている可能性がある。本研究では、当該施設における法医剖検例を対象に低体温症群とその他疾患群に分け、これらの因子を生化学的・組織学的評価により比較検討し、致死的低体温症の死後診断への有用性を検証する。
