Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、特異性および検出感度が高く堅牢な月経血検査法を開発し、犯罪現場に遺留される各種体液資料に加えて、死体血との識別にも適用を試みる。これまでの研究では、各種体液に特徴的に発現するmRNAをマーカーとしてきたが、本研究では、死体血中のmRNAは分解が進んでいる可能性を考慮し、mRNAよりも安定性が高いと考えられるタンパク質をマーカーとする。mRNA発現パターンから、月経血での特徴的な発現が想定されるタンパク質数種をマーカーとして選定し、それらの高感度な検出法として、鑑定実務への導入実績がある間接ELISA法を確立し、特異性や死体血への適用性を検証する。
