圧迫創モデルマウスを用いて、表皮組織保護の役割を持つと考えられるHSBP1の発現とその作用機序の解明実験をする。これらの炎症制御機序の解明データを基に、過度な創傷治癒を引き起こさず組織損傷の程度を低減できることを目指し、将来的には臨床において温・冷罨法のケア介入の効果を検証し評価する。
