Outline of Research at the Start	表皮細胞および線維芽細胞に皮膚洗浄剤を作用させ、細胞増殖やコラーゲン産生量、BMP関連タンパク質発現量について測定する。次いで、3次元培養皮膚モデルを作製し、表皮を損傷させたうえで洗浄剤を作用させ、上皮化ならびにBMP関連タンパク質の分布への影響を検討する。
