| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究の目的は、経験の乏しい看護教員であっても、実習カンファレンス（以下CF）場面において困難さを感じることなく、指導できるようになることである。そのために、新人看護教員のCF指導の課題と熟練看護教員が行うCF指導の要素を明らかにして、新人看護教員がCF指導に活用できるチェックリストを作成するとともにCF指導能力の向上を図るための研修プログラムを構築する。
本研究により、新人看護教員のCF指導能力の向上を図るための研修プログラムが構築できれば、看護教員の教育力向上に寄与するとともに、学生が深い学びを得る経験につながり、臨床判断能力の向上にも好影響をもたらすと考える。
