Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、理論的ナーシングインボルブメント（NI）スキルのシミュレーション演習プログラムを開発することを目的とし、以下の三段階の研究を実施する。
まず、第一段階として、文献研究によりNIスキルに関する理論的背景を明確化にする。次に、第二段階として、M-GTAを用いて看護師および看護教員を対象に、NIのスキル形成プロセスにおける教育的要素を抽出する。最後に、第三段階として、上記の結果を踏まえて、理論的NIスキルのシミュレーション演習プログラムを作成する。
