自律神経機能は生命活動において重要な役割を担うが、心不全の病態の進行や多様化、加齢にともない徐々に調整機能が低下するため、末梢循環も悪化が予測される。
心不全の発症や重症化予防には、異常の早期発見対応が重要となるが、それには看護師のアセスメントが必須である。予備力の低下した心不全患者の状態を、看護師が早期にアセスメントできる指標があれば、症状の重症化を回避できる。
本研究は、慢性心不全患者における末梢循環不全を、自律神経活動・末梢循環動態・血管内皮機能から評価し、末梢循環不全のアセスメント指標としての有用性を検討することを目的とする。
