Outline of Research at the Start

看護分野においては、看護学生の精神的健康課題として心理的ストレスが高いことが認識されており、卒前教育からWell-being向上を目的とした心理教育が必要とされている．これらの背景から、本研究では、ポジティブ心理学の「性格の強み」の介入研究に焦点を当て、研究代表者が作成した看護学生向けのプログラムを学士課程で看護を学ぶ学生に実施することで、プログラムの実現可能性とWell-beingへの効果を検証する．
