Outline of Research at the Start

わが国では、看護師を対象とした系統的なチーム連携向上プログラムは存在しないため、本研究の独自性は高い。また、本研究では、プログラムのファシリテーターとして看護職と関連するヘルス専門職（医師、理学療法士、薬剤師）の導入を試みる。これは、チーム連携が上手くいかない要因に、職種ごとの価値観の相違が大きく関連している現状があることから、それぞれの職種の価値観や特徴を、互いに知る機会になり、今後のプログラム内容の発展が期待でき創造性につながると考える。
