Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、本学の慢性期看護学実習で学生が患者と看護計画を共有する〈決定の共有〉をプログラムする上で、臨床判断モデル2022年改訂版をもとに、継続的に臨床判断能力を育む効果的な教育方法の開発を目指す基礎研究である。 研究方法は、演習で実習場面を想定した事例を用いてロールプレイを行い、臨床判断モデル2022年改訂版の「気づき」、「解釈」、「反応」、「実践中の省察」を意図した質問や思考発話により、臨床判断における学生の傾向と教育効果について質的帰納的に分析する。結果より、実習で学生の臨床判断能力を育む効果的な教育方法を検討し、実施する。臨床判断能力に関する教育的介入の効果を質的帰納的に分析する。
