Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の最終目的は、看護基礎教育において重要不可欠な存在である臨地実習指導者の役
割遂行促進プログラムの開発である。
以下を本研究の概要とする。
1. 研究者らが開発している臨地実習指導者の役割遂行状況評価指標を客観評価指標として完成させ、さらに、役割遂行状況に関連する要因を明確化する。
2. 明確化した関連要因を中心として、臨地実習指導者の経験を踏まえた、現実的な役割遂行促進プログラムを開発する。
