Outline of Research at the Start

看護師には継続的、主体的に学習を進めていくための能力や資質、すなわち、自己教育性が必要であり、自己教育性の向上は変化する医療ニーズに対応するための看護師の役割拡大につながり、看護の質を高めると言える。しかしながら、先行研究ではキャリア中期にある看護師の自己教育性が低下していることが指摘されている。そこで本研究により、キャリア中期における看護師の自己教育性の変化を経時的に捉え、どの時期に、どのような要因がキャリア中期の看護師の自己教育性に変化をもたらしているのを明らかにすることで、職場における看護師の自己教育性を高めるための具体的な支援のあり方について示唆を得る。
