Outline of Research at the Start

【研究目的】本研究の目的は、病院で勤務する看護師を対象にメンター制度を利用したバーンアウトや離職低減のためのHWPBS(Hospital Wide Positive Behavior Support、以下ホスピタルワイドPBSと表記)の第1層支援に関する効果を検証し、病院内での実装を行うことである。
【研究の展開】研究1として、ホスピタルワイドPBSの実践を評価する尺度が必要である。そのため、医療現場用Tiered Fidelity Inventory （TFI）の作成と信頼性と妥当性を検討する。次に、ホスピタルワイドPBSを実践する。ステップ1として、「3つの大切」を決定し、ターゲット行動マトリックスを作成する。ステップ2～3にかけてPBSを実践し評価を行う。
