Outline of Research at the Start

熟練看護師の看護実践を支える暗黙知は、言語化や伝達が困難とされ、経験から学び実践を高める努力を通して培われる。しかし、熟練家の暗黙知がいかに後進の看護師に継承されるのかは明らかではない。暗黙知が、経験に基づき構築される知であることを踏まえ、学修には熟練家の経験に迫る解釈学的現象学の導入が必須であると考えた。本研究の目的は、熟練看護師の暗黙知に迫る解釈学的現象学を活用した暗黙知学修支援法の構築を試みることである。
