Outline of Research at the Start

看護補助者のコンピテンシーモデルの開発は以下の段階を踏み進める。
１．現在進行している看護補助者の業務の実態と期待される役割のデータを基に，看護補助者自身のコンピテンシーの概念構成を検討する。
２．看護補助者の業務の実態とコンピテンシーを調査し探索的因子分析を行う。因子構成を確定する。
３．探索的因子分析で抽出された因子を用い再度調査を実施し確証的因子分析により因子の検証とコンピテンシーモデルを完成させる。さらに看護補助者への支援ツールとしての実証性の検討を加える。
