Outline of Research at the Start

①病床数300床未満の病院（以下、中小規模病院）の看護師長を対象とし、上司から受ける仕事の進捗に関する支援を特定して、看護師長が上司から受ける仕事の進捗に関する支援を評価できる尺度を開発する。②開発した尺度を用い、看護師長が上司から受ける支援と、看護師長のインナーワークライフ、およびパフォーマンスとの関連を検証して、看護師長がパフォーマンスを高める構造を明らかにする。③看護師長のパフォーマンスを高める構造を基盤とし、看護師長の上司である看護部長や副看護部長を対象とし中小規模病院に勤務する看護師長のパフォーマンス向上支援モデルを開発する。
