Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では、看護学生から入職後2年目までの移行期間における看護職のプロフェッショナル・アイデンティティ（PI）の経時的変化を明らかにし、看護基礎教育から卒後教育にわたる継続的な教育支援体制の構築を目指す。看護職のPI形成には、学生から専門職へのトランジションや看護師・保健師・助産師などの国家資格の垣根なく、看護の共通基盤となるアイデンティティへの合意が必須である。本研究は、ひとりの看護職における連続した成長・発達・変化のプロセスを包括的に捉えようとするものであり、他に類例をみない独創的な取り組みである。本研究の成果は看護職のプロフェッションとしての生涯にわたる成長の支援に寄与する。
