Outline of Research at the Start	本研究の目的は、看護師のシフト勤務への適応を生体リズムのクロノタイプの視点から調査を行うことである。シフト勤務は、生体リズムを乱し社会的時差を生み出す可能性、社会的時差は、睡眠不足や疲労、心身の健康への影響、仕事のモチベーションや満足度の低下、離職の可能性を増加させる要因になる。さらに、社会的時差は個人の時間的指向性であるクロノタイプと関連し、クロノタイプによってその影響が異なり、睡眠や健康に対するリスクも変動する可能性がある。個々のクロノタイプに基づく睡眠の質の確保ができれば、最適なパフォーマンスやストレスの軽減、健康の保持増進につながる可能性が期待できる。
