Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、看護基礎教育におけるシミュレーション学習について①学習プロセスにおける核心的な要素・経験、②学習深化における過程での認識の変容やスキル発展の経緯、③学習障壁、④教育内容と学びの関連性、⑤ノンテクニカルスキルの位置づけを学習者の観点から明らかにし、学習の最適化を目指すことである。
看護基礎教育においてシミュレーション教育は、新興感染症蔓延による臨地実習の経験不足を機に急速に拡大した背景があり、学習効果を最大化するための具体的な教育方法および評価法の未確立が課題である。これらの課題解決のため、シミュレーションによる学びをプロセスとして捉え、学習者の観点から学びのメカニズムを解明する。
