Outline of Research at the Start	慢性的な看護師不足の中、全国で約70万人存在するとされる潜在看護師の復職支援は重要な課題である。潜在看護師の復職支援に関しては、技術向上に焦点を当てた研究報告が多くなされている。一方で復職支援研修プログラムにおいては、成人学習者としての潜在看護師の学びにとってピアエンパワメントの重要性についても指摘されている。本研究では、潜在看護師復職支援プログラムにおいて、受講生間でピアエンパワメントの発生状況、復職への意思決定、復職実現、就業継続にどのように影響するのかをプログラム受講生・修了生への縦断的調査によって明らかにし、ピアエンパワメントを活用した復職支援プログラムの作成を目指す。
