Outline of Research at the Start	近年では国内外を問わずアドバンスト・ケア・プランニング(以下ACPとする)の導入が積極的に行われており、看護職者には多様な死生観を理解しうる柔軟かつ高い倫理観が求められている。ゆえに、求められている多様な死生観への理解を深化させるには、従来の看護系大学における生命倫理の4原則を中心とした倫理的教育だけでは不十分であるといえる。そこで、本研究は「臓器移植医療に関わる看護職者の役割の重要性」や「臓器提供に関する意思決定に内在する倫理的問題」について、次世代を担う看護学生の理解を深化させるとともに倫理的感受性を高める効果的な教育的支援のモデルケース(prototype)構築の基礎的研究を目的とする。
