Outline of Research at the Start	我が国の少子超高齢化は加速の一途を辿り、労働力は年々減退すると推測される。看護界においても、少子化により若手看護職の増大は期待できず、経験を重ねたプラチナナース（60歳以上の看護職）が、就労を継続することが喫緊の課題である。今回は、職場環境づくりに影響力をもつ看護管理者に焦点を当て、「プラチナナースの就労継続に向けた”Healthy workplace”の構築」を目的として研究に取り組む。看護職が地域社会で働き続けることは、すべての人の健康と生活を守ることに繋がると考える。
