Outline of Research at the Start

看護ケア中に生じる人工呼吸器関連のインシデントは死亡や療養期間の延長など重大事故につながるため、その予防に向けた取り組みが重要である。しかし、患者による自己抜管に比べ、看護ケア中の不適切な操作による偶発的な抜去に着目した研究は少ない。医療事故の防止には、正確な知識にもとづく正しい計画と実行が必要となるが、実際の臨床場面では、計画自体は正しいが行動が意図から外れる「実行上」の失敗、つまり人の注意が関わるエラーによる事故が多い。そこで申請者らは、看護ケア時の注意特性に着目した尺度原案を作成した。
本研究では、尺度原案の信頼性・妥当性の検討とその活用可能性について検討する。
