申請者は、2020年度～2022年度の研究結果より、社会人基礎力として示されている12の能力から、新人看護師が専門職業人として成長するために特に重要となる能力は「ストレスコントロール力」「計画力」「傾聴力」の3点であるとの結果を得た。
本研究では、先行研究から導かれた新人看護師の成長に重要となる３つの社会人基礎力に焦点を当て、学生および新人看護師に向けたアウトプット型教育コンテンツを開発し、その教育効果を検証することを目的とする。
