| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究では、終末期がん患者がその人らしく生き抜く力を支えるケアリングモデルの構築を目指す。
本研究は最期までその人らしく生きる力を支えるケアリングとは何か、それは、看護師のどのような能力によって創り出されているのか、そうしたケアリングを生み出す環境とはどのようなものであり、どのように変化していくのかの３点を、哲学的分析手法「実像構築」を用いて解明し構造化する。
一般病棟、緩和ケア病棟や在宅と療養の場が短期に変化する中、３つのケアリングモデルを構築することは、途切れなくそれぞれの療養の場において質の高い終末期がん看護を提供する手がかりとして、さらには３つの療養の場の連携の在り方の検討に貢献する。
