Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、離島・へき地で就労する看護師が安心してケアを行えるための系統的な研修プログラムを作成し、看護の格差が生じている離島・へき地の看護活動を発展させ、住民のLiving in Placeを実現することである。
本研究は、先行助成研究で検討してきた、離島・へき地に常駐する看護師に対する看護継続教育支援の成果の集大成として、以下を行う：①離島のへき地診療所における看護師のケアの実態と、その際の不安や葛藤について明らかにする、②離島・へき地で働く看護師への研修の実態とその評価、③離島・へき地における看護師への研修の適用、④離島・へき地における看護師の研修プログラムの作成。
