Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、アーティファクトを効果的に活用できる実習指導者の育成に向けて、実習指導者のアーティファクトの活用を基軸とした探究的学習プログラムを開発することを目的とする。アーティファクトとは、道具など物理的実体のあるもの/制度や言語体系など物理的実体を持たないものを指す。プログラム作成においてはEngestromによって展開された、活動理論に基づく学習論の１つである探究的学習を用いる。実習指導者が組織あるいは個人の活動を通して培ってきた知識をもとに、アーティファクトを効果的に活用できるようになるための教育モデルを構築することで、看護学生の臨地実習での学びに関わる実習指導者を支援する。
