Outline of Research at the Start

申請者は、情動知能の視点を含めた「リーダーシップ自己評価チェックリスト(38項目)」(古澤,2017)(以下チェックリスト)を活用し、情動知能的なリーダーシップ行動を高める看護管理者育成プログラム(以下プログラム)を開発した(科学研究費助成事業研究成果報告,2023)。そこで本研究では、先述のプログラムを全国規模で展開することを目指す。プログラムの展開においては、3か月毎のチェックリストの自己評価と内省を促す研修を統合し、情動知能的なリーダーシップ行動を発揮できる看護管理者の育成および、社会的には臨床現場の看護職の離職防止に繋げる。
