Outline of Research at the Start

教育機関の研究者と実践現場の研究協力者がパートナーシップを組み、看護専門職としての発達を促すための手がかりとして、Z世代の看護学生の学生から看護専門職への移行の経験と課題を明確化し、移行支援プログラムを検討する。面接調査により、Z世代の看護学生の大学への入学から卒業、看護専門職として就業に至るまでに、学生がどのような移行を経験しているのかを明らかにし、その移行の経験から移行期に特徴的な課題を整理する。最終的には、Z世代の看護学生の学生から看護専門職への移行をどのように支援できるかについて教育機関と実践現場とのパートナーシップ会議を開催し、学生から看護専門職への移行支援プログラムを検討する。
