Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、看護職が生涯にわたり主体的な学習を続け、納得感を持って働き続けていくための一助となる「意図的な対話を通じた学び合いプログラム」を開発することである。このプログラムは、病院で働く看護師のほか、看護学生や地域で働く看護師も対象とする。
