Outline of Research at the Start

看護職では離職率11.6%と高値が続いている。2040 年には就労者の20％を医療・福祉関係者に充てることが必要になると予測されており、看護師の確保・離職率の低減は喫緊の課題である。そのためには、看護師の職務に対する満足度を向上する努力が必須であるが、本邦ではこの分野の研究が立ち遅れている。本研究の目的は、筆者らが開発した日本語版Profile of Caringを用いて、看護師の職務満足度の関連要因を包括的に明らかにし、日本独自の課題を特定することである。これにより、本邦の実情に応じた職務満足度向上のプログラムを開発することが可能となり、看護師の職場定着促進に貢献できると考える。
