| Outline of Research at the Start |
1心疾患患者における減塩の意義を確認すべく、システマティックレビューを作成。
2当院の『かるしお』プロジェクトから減塩効果が効率よく得られる方法を抽出。外来心臓リハビリテーションにて頻回に行える栄養指導と合わせ、適切な減塩プログラムを構築する。
3前述の減塩プログラムを、心臓リハビリテーション参加心疾患患者さんにて、効果を検討する。
