Outline of Research at the Start

本研究では「人間の発話や行動は全て何らかのニーズ(自分が大切にしていることや願い)が原因で起こり、感情はそのニーズが満たされているか否かによって引き起こされる」（マーシャル・ローゼンバーグ博士）と定義する。その上で、看護基礎教育における「共感」という他者理解を感情とニーズの観点から捉え直し、看護師が心理的安全性を自ら確保しながら患者と深くつながり、医療現場の荒波を乗り越えていくための具体的プロセスを明らかにしたい。
