Outline of Research at the Start	1.日本の看護学分野の卒後教育課程における看護理論に関する教育内容およびその評価の実際を、質問紙調査により明らかにする。 2.筆者らの関わる大学院、教員養成講習会および実習指導者講習会等における看護理論に関する科目の教授-学習過程の実際を、授業準備および教育評価も含めてアクションリサーチにより明らかにする。 3.1および2.の結果を踏まえ、看護理論に関する教育プログラムを検討し、開発する。
