Outline of Research at the Start	臓器移植に関する看護教育は、移植医療の高度な医学的な知識はもとより、その医療の特殊性から看護としての専門性が高く求められる。こうした専門性を教育する重要性に鑑み、本研究者は移植看護教育について教育者や実践者とともに「移植看護教育のコア・カリキュラム」を構築してきた。本研究ではこのカリキュラムから具体的な「臓器移植看護教育プログラム」を基礎教育・継続教育を俯瞰した上で具現化する。さらに国内外の臓器移植に関する有識者及び実践者のヒアリングを含む面接調査、及び量的検証としての質問紙調査を通して、その信頼性・妥当性を検討するものである。
