Outline of Research at the Start

本研究の目的は、実験研究にて薬剤の血管内投与に伴う静脈炎に対する血中蛋白質濃度の差が傷害に与える影響の検証と、静脈炎の傷害部位に対するアルブミン製剤投与効果の検証である。
本研究により薬剤の血管傷害に対する要因の分析と介入方法の基礎データが得られることによって，薬剤による静脈炎に対する新たなアプローチ方法の考案が期待される．これまでの対症的なアプローチではなく，静脈炎の病態を鑑みた介入によって，より効果的かつ対象に負担の少ない介入方法を検討する．
