Outline of Research at the Start

医師の働き方改革の一環であるタスクシフト・タスクシェアにおいて、特定行為研修を修了した看護師に対する期待は大きい。しかし、特定行為は医行為であり看護ではないという意見も根強くある。そこで本研究では、特定行為研修を組み込んだ認定看護師教育課程（B課程）に焦点をあて、医行為である特定行為と看護の関係性を明らかにした上で、医学的知識の教授が中心となる特定行為研修において、医行為を看護につなげる研修の可能性を検討し、教育モデルを構築することを目指す。
