Outline of Research at the Start

医療従事者の手指衛生行動は一定水準のもと日常的に実施されている。一方で入院中の行動制限患者の手指衛生のケアについては、その実態が明らかではない。本研究では、①行動制限患者の手指衛生のケア実態と汚染状況の評価を可視化・類型化し、②ケアの必要性の判断基準、実施方法の選択と実施頻度を模索し、『行動制限患者の手指衛生ケアに関するアセスメントツールの開発』を目指す。また、本研究は入院患者のみならず、施設や在宅で暮らす対象者にも適応可能な汎用性の高いアセスメントツールの基盤となり得ると考えている。
