Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、看護学実習における教員の教育実践能力獲得過程を明らかにし、その知見をもとに、困難の種類に応じた支援と活用方法を明記した『看護学実習における教育実践支援ツール』を開発することを目的とする。具体的には、看護系大学教員が新任期に感じた教育実践に関わる実際の困難を同定し、それらをどのような工夫や支援を活用して乗り越え、熟達していったのかを探索する。その知見をもとに、困難の種類に応じた支援と活用方法を明記し、実践に即した活用可能なツールを開発する。
