Outline of Research at the Start

現代の医療において、複雑化する倫理的課題に多職種と協働し対応できる倫理コンピテンシーを兼ね備えた看護職の育成が喫緊の課題である。超高齢社会において地域包括ケアシステムにおける専門職間の連携がさけばれ、看護基礎教育のカリキュラムでもその充実化について検討がなされてきたにもかかわらず、従来の看護倫理教育の形骸化、倫理コンピテンシーの学修成果指標が明示されていない現状がある。そのギャップを課題と捉え、本研究では、看護学生の多職種連携における倫理コンピテンシー獲得に向けた教育プログラムの開発・評価を目指す。
