Outline of Research at the Start

看護学生の他者理解や自己理解という学びを深化させるために、ロールプレイ方法の改善を試みる。まず、看護学生の他者理解を深めるために共感性を育むシナリオとして、患者の体験や感情を伝えるストーリーテリングを取り入れ、次に自己理解を深めるために失敗体験の意味を分析できる深いレベルのリフレクションとなるよう指導者と共に行う新しいロールプレイ方法を考案する。そこで、本研究の目的は新しい看護学生のコミュニケーション教育として、ロールプレイに患者のストーリーテリングと指導者とのリフレクションを取り入れたコミュニケーション教育プログラムを開発し、その方法の妥当性と効果の検証を行うことである。
