Outline of Research at the Start	本研究ではまず40歳から50歳代の成人期の中期にある人の心身の状態を身体・心理・社会的側面から実態を明らかにしていく。身体的側面では、健康に関するニーズや疾病・生活習慣病の有無、血液検査、唾液、僧帽筋の筋硬度などを生理的指標を用いてデータ収集を行う。心理的・社会的側面では、うつ尺度、職業性ストレス尺度など心理的指標を用いてデータ収集を行う。また、聞き取り調査により、団塊ジュニア世代の心身の特性と、その人の生活に影響を与えているポジティブ及びネガティブな因子を明らかにしていく。また生活の中での楽しみ、健康に良いことで継続していることなど、実践しているセルフケアなどについて明らかにする。
