Outline of Research at the Start

本研究は、地域や住民のニーズに応える看護サービスを創出し活動する起業看護師（仮称）のコンピテンシーとその構造を明らかにすることを目的とする。研究方法は、先駆的な看護サービスを行う看護職に半構成的面接し、質的帰納的に分析の上。看護サービスの創出プロセスとその活動内容の可視化によりコンピテンシー（案）を作成する。コンピテンシー（案）の妥当性について、有識者のスーパーバイズにより内容を精錬し、地域や住民のニーズに応える看護サービスを創出し活動する看護職のコンピテンシーとその構造を明らかにする。これによりあらゆる場で看護職が看護サービスを創出し活動できるよう能力開発支援プログラム構築の基礎資料とする。
