| Outline of Research at the Start |
本研究は、看護基礎教育において石けんと流水を用いた手洗い（以下、手洗い）の手技に関する教育を実施し、比較群を設けた2年間の縦断的調査からその有用性を評価する。
教育方法は、看護技術演習中の学生の手洗い場面を室内の上方に設置したビデオで撮影し、録画映像から手洗い手技を評価しフィードバックする。
有用性の評価は、手洗いの録画映像からの評価とAIを用いた客観的な洗い残し評価が可能なHand We！(モレーンコーポレーション)から行う。ベースライン測定、介入直後、１か月後、さらには、約1年後の臨地実習中の手洗いの直接観察の結果も含め、両群の比較を行う。加えて、介入群から質問紙により感想を聴取する。
